From Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures comes Warcraft, an epic adventure of world-colliding conflict based on Blizzard Entertainment’s global phenomenon.

The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home.

So begins a spectacular saga of power and sacrifice in which war has many faces, and everyone fights for something.

Directed by Duncan Jones (Moon, Source Code) and written by Charles Leavitt and Jones, the film stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Ben Schnetzer, Rob Kazinsky and Daniel Wu.

Charles Roven, Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni, Alex Gartner and Stuart Fenegan produce with Jillian Share, Brent O’Connor, Michael Morhaime and Paul Sams serving as executive producers. Rob Pardo, Chris Metzen, Nick Carpenter and Rebecca Steel Roven co-produce.

Warcraft will be released in 3D by Universal Pictures on Friday, June 10, 2016.

Joining them is Lt. Col. Violet Van Patten (Michelle Monaghan), a specialist supplying the arcaders with unique weapons to fight the aliens.

Directed by Chris Columbus (Mrs. Doubtfire, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets) and written by Tim Herlihy (The Waterboy, Bedtime Stories) and Tim Dowling (Role Models, This Means War), Pixels is based on a 2010 short written and directed by Patrick Jean.

The New Trailer for Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation is Here!

Mission_Impossible_Rogue_Nation(PCM) Tom Cruise and the rest of IMF crew are back to committing outrageous stunts and narrowly escaping death in the new trailer for the fifth MI installment, Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation.

Paramount Pictures debuted the new two-and-a-half minute trailer yesterday, containing new footage from the July 31st release. Tom Cruise performs a series of death-defying stunts as IMF Agent Ethan Hunt backed by the building percussion and wails of Robert Plant on Led Zeppelin’s “Whole lotta Love” in the new trailer, seen below.

In Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation, Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate – an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF.

Christopher McQuarrie (The Way of the Gun, Jack Reacher) will direct Jeremy Renner, Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon McBurney, and Rebecca Ferguson with script by video game writer Will Staples (Liar, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3) and Drew Pearce (Iron Man 3, Sherlock Holmes 3) in the fifth Mission: Impossible film.

Fun fact: Tom Cruise and Ving Rhames are the only actors to star in all five Mission: Impossible films.

Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation was originally to be directed by Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol director Brad Bird, but Bird declined the offer in order to direct Disney’s sci-fi adventure Tomorrowland. When franchise star Tom Cruise suggested Christopher McQuarrie for the role, McQuarrie eagerly signed on.

Opening in theaters on July 31 along with Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation are Focus Features Selfless, a sci-fi thriller starring Ryan Reynolds, Antoine Fuqua’s drama starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Southpaw, and Warner Bros. Pictures’ remake of Point Break.
