Man’s Brutal Obituary Goes Viral

(PCM) The obituary penned for Mr. Leslie Ray Charping is receiving quite a bit of attention, but not for the heartfelt or sappy reasons you would imagine. In fact, Charpings obituary is not even one of the more humorous ones that loved ones often create when their relative passes away. Charpings is downright brutal and nasty and it is clear that his family feels little to no remorse in regards to his passing.

Charping died in Galveston, Texas and the following obituary was posted on the Carnes Funeral Home website. It quickly went viral, so much so, that the funeral home website crashed several times throughout the afternoon.

Leslie Ray “Popeye” Charping was born in Galveston on November 20, 1942 and passed away January 30, 2017, which was 29 years longer than expected and much longer than he deserved. Leslie battled with cancer in his latter years and lost his battle, ultimately due to being the horses ass he was known for. He leaves behind 2 relieved children; a son Leslie Roy Charping and daughter, Shiela Smith along with six grandchildren and countless other victims including an ex wife, relatives, friends, neighbors, doctors, nurses and random strangers. At a young age. Leslie quickly became a model example of bad parenting combined with mental illness and a complete commitment to drinking, drugs, womanizing and being generally offensive. Leslie enlisted to serve in the Navy, but not so much in a brave & patriotic way but more as part of a plea deal to escape sentencing on criminal charges. While enlisted, Leslie was the Navy boxing champion and went on to sufficiently embarrass his family and country by spending the remainder of his service in the Balboa Mental Health Hospital receiving much needed mental healthcare services. Leslie was surprisingly intelligent, however he lacked ambition and motivation to do anything more than being reckless, wasteful, squandering the family savings and fantasizing about get rich quick schemes. Leslie’s hobbies included being abusive to his family, expediting trips to heaven for the beloved family pets and fishing, which he was less skilled with than the previously mentioned. Leslie’s life served no other obvious purpose, he did not contribute to society or serve his community and he possessed no redeeming qualities besides quid witted sarcasm which was amusing during his sober days. With Leslie’s passing he will be missed only for what he rimer did; being a loving husband, father and good friend. No services will be held, there will be no prayers for eternal peace and no apologies to the family he tortured. Leslie’s remains will be cremated and kept in the barn until “Ray”, the family donkey’s wood shavings run out. Leslie’s passing proves that evil does in fact die and hopefully marks a time of healing and safety for all.

As the obituary continues to circulate online several news organizations began to dig a bit deeper to see if the children’s accusations about their father held any water. They were able to dig up Charpings police record and majority line-ups with what his children posted. There has been mixed reaction to the obituary online, as some feel that his children went too far by airing all of their family’s “dirty laundry” out of the world to see, while others praised them for being brave and finally getting the type of release they may have needed after years of abuse and neglect.

Charpings daughter released another statement to ABC 13 Eye Witness News defending the obituary stating:

I wrote my father’s obituary. I loved my father because he was my father and his passing would not have been any less difficult had he been a good father. As someone that ‘hated a liar’, I believe even he would have appreciated the honesty. I apologize to anyone that my father hurt and I felt it would have been offensive to portray him as anything other than who he was. This obituary was intended to help bring closure because not talking about domestic violence doesn’t make it go away!

Thank you to those that have offered sincere condolences, understanding and prayers for our family, your words bring comfort. I am happy for those that simply do not understand, this means you had good parent(s) — please treasure what you have.

Although I appreciate everyone’s concern, it would have been much more appreciated at any time during my childhood. For those being cruel, please remember that you now resemble my father and I would be more than happy to pen your obituary as well.

Could This Be The World’s Worst Pregnancy Test Ad?

(PCM) There is appears to be one rather large issue with this particular Dutch pregnancy advertisement and the internet is losing its’ mind! Can you see what the issue is below?

This woman is obviously very much pregnant and generally, aren’t you supposed to take a pregnancy test before you would be showing that much? The look of shock on their faces is just too much! Folks on Twitter have been having too much fun with the add with some saying that the couple appear shocked because the test result says “negative” or that maybe she just swallowed an entire bowling ball!

The folks at Adweek, reached out to the designers of the now viral pregnancy test ad and they claim “Since Predictor is 99.9 percent accurate, you’d rather depend on the test than your belly” as their ridiculous meaning for the ad.  The original billboard ad was initially created back in 2011 and it’s designers can not believe that it has now gone viral a full six years later. That’s the way the internet works sometimes!

Mans Theory About What Happens When We Die Is Stirring Up A Huge Debate

(PCM) The mystery of what exactly happens when we die has plagued humankind since as far back as we can recall. Religious followers will explain that the soul gets transported directly to heaven, while non-religious types will sometimes say that absolutely nothing happens at all. Others believe in various types of reincarnation where our soul returns to Earth immediately inhabited in a different body to begin the process of life all over again.

There have been countless books, films and TV programs created about this particular subject and it is one that is always highly debated even to this very day. One man in particular has revealed his theory about what happens after we die and the internet is quickly becoming obsessed. A young man named Samuel Murray, who people are beginning to call a prophet, posted his thoughts on the subject via Facebook and then quickly went viral.

Murray’s post read:

What if when we die the light at the end of the tunnel is the light to another hospital room, there we are born and the only reason you come out crying is because you remember everything from your past life and you’re crying at the fact that you died and lost everything, as you grow you start to forget your past life and focus on the life you have now, but patches of memory stay behind and that memory causes deja vu. Think ’bout that for a second..

Murray’s posting was shared over 133,000 times with majority of people leaving comments that their minds had been blown and they found his words to be incredibly profound. Other comments were not so supportive, as some claimed all Murray was really doing was explaining the basic definition of reincarnation and others went for complete logic saying if Murray’s theory were true than the world’s population would stay the same as we would be constantly reincarnating to replace ourselves and no new lives would be created.

What do you think of Murray’s theory?  What do you think happens when we die?

Let Us Introduce You To ‘Sweater Dude’ The Internet’s Latest Obsession

(PCM) The internet’s latest viral obsession is “sweater dude” who has won over hearts by knitting sweaters that feature images of famous landmarks and places all over the world. After knitting the sweaters he then snaps a picture of himself actually wearing the sweater standing in front of the famous places.

Kind of a simple concept, but isn’t that really all it takes to go viral these days?

Images from “sweater dude” whose real name is Sam Barsky of Baltimore, MD, first began showing up on image sharing site Imgur where they were quickly shared via Reddit and the rest is viral history.

Barsky claims that he first began the sweater making process back in 1999 and has knitted 103 different sweaters since that time. He has photographed himself wearing 91 of them thus far, but he definitely has plans to sport them all and continue make more in the future.

Not all of Barsky’s sweaters feature famous landmarks or places, so are just everyday areas such as one featuring sets of power lines and another is mushroom decorations on a playground. We have to wonder if he will start taking requests, as we are sure folks on the internet could come up with some pretty good (or bad) ones!

Barsky claims that it takes him about a month or so to complete each sweater design and since going viral he has been receiving numerous requests about purchasing one of his designs. Unfortunately they are not for sale at this time, but hey, you never know what the future could bring.

Happy knitting “sweater dude”… you rule!

It’s Creepy How Accurate This Horror Movie Trailer For 2016 Actually Is!

(PCM) The creative minds over at Friend Dog Studios have made a horror movie trailer that depicts many of the tragic events that took place in 2016 and it is eerily dead-on accurate.  The video mentions events such as Trump wining the election, the deaths of Prince, David Bowie and Gene Wilder, exploding cell phones, the mannequin challenge and more. The trailer is brilliantly put together.

Friend Dog Studios was able to almost completely sum up what things were like this past year and it is truly terrifying to think of what is next to come!  Hopefully 2017 will bring a lot more positivity to the world, but for now we are just going to have to wait and see.

Check out the viral trailer below:
