Haunt in Theaters March 7th

Haunt(PCM) Ready to be scared out of your pants? Then head to theaters March 7th and catch IFC Midnight’s Haunt, a haunted house story with a twist.

Haunt is the story of an introverted teen who sparks with his new neighbor. One day, like most young people experiencing the fuzzy warm feeling that is puppy love, the two decide to use the creepy old box left in the house’s attic to contact the dead.

Haunt is really the story of how contacting the dead opens you up to paranormal activity, leaving you and your loved ones vulnerable to the attack of supernatural entities, usually of the unfriendly type.

Haunt is directed by Mac Carter who also directed the video documentary Secret Origin: The Story of DC Comics in 2010. Starring in the film are Danielle Chuchran (Dr. Seuss’ Cat in the Hat), Liana Liberato (Erased), Harrison Gilbertson (Conspiracy 365), Jacki Weaver (Silver Linings Playbook), and Jan Broberg (Iron Man 3).

The film has a run time of 1 hour and 26 minutes and is rated R for some horror violence, disturbing images and brief drug use. Haunt has a current rating of 7/10 on IMDB.
