The Den in Theaters March 14th

TheDen(PCM) Ready to be scared witless? Then you’re ready for The Den, out in theaters starting March 14th!

After receiving a grant for her graduate thesis, Elizabeth Benton logs onto a video-chat site known as THE DEN, on a mission to explore the habits of its users.

During one of her random video-chats, Elizabeth watches in horror as a teenage girl is gruesomely murdered in front of her webcam. While the police dismiss it as a viral prank, Elizabeth believes what she saw is real and takes it upon herself to find the truth.

Her life quickly spirals out of control as she gets pulled deeper into the darkest recesses of the internet. And eventually, Elizabeth finds herself trapped in a twisted game in which she and her loved ones are targeted for the same grisly fate as the first victim.

Many people are over the found footage niche of horror films, but The Den packs some serious scares into its take on the genre.

The Den stars Melanie Papalia (Smiley), David Schlachtenhaufen (Sal), Matt Riedy (Savages), and Adam Shapiro (Now You See Me) and was directed by Zachary Donohue.

The Den has a run time of 81 minutes and is rated R for strong bloody violence, terror, some sexuality, graphic nudity and language.

Watch a trailer for the film below and catch The Den when it hits theaters in a limited run March 14th!
