(PCM) For a comedy starring Bill Murray and Melissa McCarthy, you would think there would be more promotional materials released in the weeks leading up to the release of the Weintstein Company’s St. Vincent de Van Nuys, in theaters nationwide October 24.
Less than a month away from the movie’s release, there are no official movie posters and no trailers. The only thing I’ve been able to find on the movie is a brief synopsis:
St. Vincent de Van Nuys follows the story of a young boy whose parents just divorced and finds an unlikely friend and mentor in the misanthropic, bawdy, hedonistic, war veteran who lives next door.
The hilarious Bill Murray (Ghostbusters, Lost in Translation) stars as the hedonistic war veteran alongside Melissa McCarthy (Bridesmaids, The Heat), Naomi Watts (King Kong, The Ring), Chris O’Dowd (Bridesmaids, Thor: The Dark World), Terrence Howard (Iron Man, Prisoners), and Nate Corddry (The Ugly Truth, Harry’s Law).
