(PCM) Sony Screen Gem’s latest thriller, No Good Deed, hits theaters nationwide September 12, 2014.
Terri (Taraji P. Henson), a devoted wife and mother of two, lives an ideal life that takes a dramatic turn when her home and children are threatened by Colin (Idris Elba), a charming stranger who smooth-talks his way into her house, claiming car trouble.
The unexpected invitation leaves her and her family terrorized and fighting for survival.
No Good Deed stars Idris Elba (Pacific Rim, Prometheus), Taraji P. Henson (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Think Like a Man), Leslie Bibb (Iron Man 2, Law Abiding Citizen), Kate del Castillo (Under the Same Moon, Julia), and Henry Simmons (NYPD Blue, World’s Greatest Dad).
The film is directed by Sam Miller whose previous work with Idris Elba on BBC’s Luther earned him a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Directing for a Miniseries, Movie or a Dramatic Special in 2012.
