“Bang Bang” is the Hindi Version of “Knight and Day”

BangBang(PCM) Fox Star Studio’s latest action/adventure Bang Bang is a remake of James Mangold’s 2010 summer action/comedy starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, Knight and Day.

Produced in India, Bang Bang puts a Hindi twist on the American comedy.

In Bang Bang, a chance encounter of the unassuming bank receptionist Harleen Sahni (Katrina Kaif) with the charming yet mysterious Rajveer Nanda (Hrithik Roshan), results in an on-rush of ditched planes, car chases, shoot-outs, bombing raids and general global mayhem.

But as the transcontinental chase ensues with Rajveer convincing Harleen that he’s the good guy, can she really trust him, and will trust matter when the bullets start flying?

Fox Star Studios and Director Siddharth Anand promise edge of the seat excitement and adrenaline-pumping action as the duo fight against all odds.

Expect explosions, trigger happy assassins and pandemonium that can only aptly be termed as Bang Bang!

Bang Bang is the second film starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif; the two previously starred in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara together.

Bang Bang has already made a splash in India; the teaser trailer for the film received 2.33 million within 24 hours on YouTube making it the most watched trailer in the history of Bollywood and to-date has over 13 million views.

Sadly, Bang Bang won’t be showing in any U.S. theaters anytime soon, but if you’re in South Africa, UAE, UK, India, Kuwait, the Netherlands, or New Zealand, check your local listings come October 2 (September 26 for South Africa).
