“Men, Women & Children” Hits Select Theaters Oct.1, Expands Oct. 10 & Oct. 17

MenWomenChildren(PCM) Paramount Pictures’ Men, Women & Children explores the sexual frustration in today’s increasingly technology heavy society among teens and adults and opens on a limited run in theaters starting October 1 and expanding October 10 and October 17.

Men, Women & Children follows the story of a group of high school teenagers and their parents as they attempt to navigate the many ways the internet has changed their relationships, their communication, their self-image, and their love lives.

The film attempts to stare down social issues such as video game culture, anorexia, infidelity, fame hunting, and the proliferation of illicit material on the internet.

As each character and each relationship is tested, we are shown the variety of roads people choose – some tragic, some hopeful – as it becomes clear that no one is immune to this enormous social change that has come through our phones, our tablets, and our computers.

Men, Women & Children stars Kaitlyn Dever (J. Edgar), Rosemarie DeWitt (Cinderella Man), Ansel Elgort (The Fault in Our Stars), Jennifer Garner (Dallas Buyers Club), Judy Greer (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), Dean Norris (Little Miss Sunshine), Adam Sandler (Blended), and Emma Thompson (Nanny McPhee).

Men, Women & Children is directed by Jason Reitman, known for directing Thank You For Smoking (2005), Juno (2007), Up in the Air (2009), and Young Adult (2011). The film is written by Jason Reitman and Erin Cressida Wilson and based on the novel of the same name by Chad Kultgen.

Men, Women & Children opens in select theaters on October 1st before expanding on October 10th and 17th. Visit the official website for more info!
