(PCM) Australian actor 31-year old Chris Hemsworth has just been named People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” for 2014.
The actor who is best known for his role as “Thor” in the “Avengers” film franchise is featured on the magazines cover which will hit newsstands this Friday.
After learning about the honor, Hemsworth told People “I think you’ve bought me a couple of weeks of bragging rights around the house. I can just say to her [wife Elsa Pataky], ‘Now remember, this is what the people think, so I don’t need to do the dishes anymore, I don’t need to change nappies. I’m above that. I’ve made it now.”
In the feature story, Hemsworth shares details about this strict diet and exercise plan, but also reveals that he does allow himself to have cheat days during which he can consume everything he is not supposed to such as hamburgers, pizza, beer etc.
Hemsworth and his wife have been married since 2010 and reside in Australia with their three children.
