We have finally gotten our first look at Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio joining forces in the first trailer for the highly anticipated Quentin Tarantino film “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood”.
The film will be Tarantino’s ninth feature film and we have been anxiously awaiting any news and updates for quite some time now. The film will follow an actor and his stunt double through late-1960s Hollywood, just before Charles Manson orders the murder of actress Sharon Tate.
While the trailer doesn’t show us much about the Charles Manson aspect of the storyline, we do get a brief glimpse at the Manson character sitting outside of a trailer and a quick shot of a few of his female followers.
The film boasts an all-star cast, as in addition to both Pitt and DiCaprio, “Once Upon Time In Hollywood” also stars Margot Robbie, Al Pacino, Dakota Fanning, Damian Lewis, Emile Hirsch, Bruce Dern, Scoot McNairy, Clifton Collins Jr., Luke Perry, Nicholas Hammond, Damon Herriman, Lena Dunham, Austin Butler and Mike Moh.
The trailer dropped just several hours after it was rumored that Tarantino would be presenting the film at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, the same festival for which he won an award for “Pulp Fiction” twenty-five years ago. We predict that this film is going to be amazing and we would certainly expect nothing less from the mind and talent of Tarantino.
“Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” will be released on August 14th.
