Mark Wahlberg Joining Apple TV’s A-List ActorsTo those of us watching the all-star cast, Apple TV has started to build it is no surprise that Mark Wahlberg was the next big name on their list. Mark Wahlberg’s movie The Family Plan is slated to land on Apple TV. While there is no timeline right now on when it will begin production we can only hope that it will make a splash. Apple TV+ Representation Matters- Best Foot Forward
On July 22nd, Apple TV+ premiered their new children’s series Best Foot Forward starring first-time actor Logan Marmino. The show is loosely based on the memoir, Just Don’t Fall, written by Josh Sundquist. Marmino plays a formerly homeschooled Josh Dubin, who goes on to explore public school for the first time while being the one with a limb difference at his school. Marmino, having never acted previously, is looking forward to spreading awareness to show others that even if a child looks different, they are just like everyone else! Teaser Images for Season 3 of Trying ReleasedApple TV’s parenthood comedy Trying is about to premiere its third season exclusively on Apple TV. The show centers around Nikki(Esther Smith) and Jason(Rafe Spall) as they struggle with infertility, adoption, and family dynamics. A new teaser image was recently released by AppleTV featuring the loving couple at some sort of kid’s birthday party. Despite the emotional end of last season, things appear to be going well for the couple. Created, written, and executive produced by Andy Wolton and produced by BBC Studios. Trying is AppleTV’s first British scripted original comedy. The show has received critical praise for its tackling of serious and necessary subjects, as well as expanding Apple TV’s catalog internationally and domestically. Season 3 of Trying contains eight episodes the same as its previous seasons and premieres on July 22nd on Apple TV+. |
