Entertainment icon Tina Turner has passed away. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer died Wednesday at her home near Zurich, Switzerland, her publicist confirmed. She was 83 years old.
“With her, the world loses a music legend and a role model,” Turner’s publicist Bernard Doherty stated.
He added that there will be a funeral ceremony held for Turner’s family and close friends.
