The band’s new album ‘Starcatcher’ arrives next month
Greta Van Fleet have shared a new song “Farewell For Now.” The track is from the band’s their forthcoming album Starcatcher, which arrives on July 21 via Lava/Republic Records. Stream the official visualizer below now.
“On ‘Farewell For Now’ we express the sentiment of our longing to stay on stage and savor the magic created by the audience-music phenomena,” bassist Sam Kiszka states. “But we must pack up and go to the next place to do it all over again; as always, we’ll be back soon.”
Greta Van Fleet’s upcoming third studio album was produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, Rival Sons). The band recorded the album at RCA Studios in Nashville. It will be available on CD, vinyl, and digital download. This summer, Greta Van Fleet are set to embark on their Starcatcher World Tour. The trek kicks off on July 24 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee and wraps up on December 6 at Campo Pequeno in Lisbon, Portugal. Special guests throughout the run will be Kaleo, Surf Curse, Mt. Joy and Black Honey on select dates.
