“To celebrate the twentieth anniversary of Funeral, this fall we will be playing one show in North America, at one of our favorite venues: Red Rocks Amphitheatre on September 16,” the band announced. “We hope you will join us.”

In 2022, Arcade Fire released their latest studio album, WE, through Columbia Records. Their first LP in five years, WE was produced by Nigel Godrich (Paul McCartney, Radiohead, U2) along with Arcade Fire members Win Butler and Régine Chassagne. Shortly after Arcade Fire announced WE, co-founder Will Butler revealed that he had left the band.

“I left at the end of last year, after the new record was complete,” he said via his official Twitter. “There was no acute reason beyond that I’ve changed — and the band has changed — over the last almost 20 years. Time for new things.”
