The annual culture jaunt will take place in June
This summer, the Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival returns to Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey for its seventeenth installment. This year, music acts 311 and Dropkick Murphys will headline the two day craft beer and music jaunt. Presented by Ocean Casino Resort and curated by Good Time Tricycle and Near Dark Entertainment, the festival takes place in two sessions – Saturday, June 3 from 2pm to 6pm, and Sunday, June 4 from 12pm to 4pm.
Dropkick Murphys will headline Saturday night, while 311 will close out the weekend on Sunday.
Starting in 2006 with less than 30 breweries and approximately 3,000 attendees, the original Atlantic City Beer Festival or “Celebration of The Suds” was born. Over the past 17 years, the event has undergone countless changes, added innumerable breweries to the roster, and to date has seen nearly half a million people attend. Now, the two-day festival welcomes over 27,000 people throughout the weekend. The outdoor location on Bader Field covers well over 1.4 million square feet.
311 released their thirteenth studio album Voyager in 2019. Produced by John Feldmann (blink-182, Korn, All Time Low), the record cracked the Top 20 on the Billboard 200. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, 311 have been of the hardest touring acts in all of music.
Dropkick Murphys released their latest effort This Machine Still Kills Fascists last September. The band mounted a fall acoustic tour shortly after the record’s release. The band is currently trekking across Europe.
