Official Trailer For ‘F1’ Has Been Released!

The official trailer for the highly anticipated film “F1,” starring Brad Pitt, has been released, offering audiences a thrilling glimpse into the high-speed world of Formula One racing. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, known for “Top Gun: Maverick,” the movie is set to premiere in theaters and IMAX on June 27, 2025, just ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix.

In “F1,” Brad Pitt portrays Sonny Hayes, a former Formula One driver who returns to the circuit after a significant crash decades earlier. He partners with rookie sensation Joshua “Noah” Pearce, played by Damson Idris, under the management of team owner Ruben, portrayed by Javier Bardem. The narrative delves into themes of redemption, mentorship, and the intense dynamics of professional racing.

A standout aspect of the film is its commitment to authenticity. Both Pitt and Idris underwent extensive training, enabling them to perform high-speed driving sequences, reaching speeds over 180 mph on actual Formula One tracks. This dedication ensures that the racing scenes deliver genuine exhilaration. The production team collaborated closely with Formula One professionals, including seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, who served as a producer to enhance the film’s realism.

Filming took place during real Grand Prix events, seamlessly integrating the actors into live racing environments. The use of modified F2 cars and innovative on-car camera technology offers viewers an immersive experience, capturing the essence of Formula One racing.

The supporting cast features notable talents such as Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Kim Bodnia, each contributing depth to the storyline. The film’s score, composed by Hans Zimmer, is expected to amplify the high-octane atmosphere of the racing scenes.

“F1” is set for a global theatrical release on June 27, 2025, with distribution handled by Warner Bros. Pictures. Following its theatrical run, the film will be available for streaming on Apple TV+ at a later date.
