Red Hot Chili Peppers Added To The Super Bowl Half-time Show In New Jersey

Super-Bowl1(PCM) It has recently been announced that rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers will be joining Bruno Mars as performers for the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Half Time Show taking place in New Jersey on February 2nd 2014.

One of the most successful acts in rock history, Red Hot Chili Peppers, which is singer Anthony Kiedis, bassist Flea, drummer, Chad Smith, and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, have sold more than 60 million albums, including five multi-platinum LPs, and won six Grammy Awards.

Research says that the Super Bowl half-time show is one of the most watched events in all of television and last year’s show which was headlined by Beyonce was viewed by roughly 110 million people.
