(PCM) I suppose I was somewhat under the impression that Miley Cyrus generally always performs in nothing but her underwear, at least that is how many of her “costumes” look to me! However, the singer has revealed that apparently there is a difference between costumes that resemble panties and actual panties themselves.
During a stop on her current Bangerz tour in Milwaukee, WI on March 9th, Cyrus was forced to perform her song “23″ wearing only her bra and panties, as she was unable to complete a costume change in enough time. Basically, it was either she perform the song in bra and panties or be forced to cut it from the set.
Obviously, Miley chose to perform the song and it is doubtful that the crowd would have even noticed that her attire was not just another costume had she not gone on Twitter to explain the situation.
