Social Experiment in Canada Forces Strangers To Hold Hands

Duracell1(PCM) Battery company Duracell put together quite an interesting social experiment in Canada that forced complete strangers to hold hands in an attempt to bring back age-old human interaction.

It has been a brutally cold winter season this year, so Duracell came up with the idea to create a bus shelter that would only be heated up with commuters touched both sides. It therefore, forced the strangers waiting for the bus to create a human chain by linking hands to connect both sides of the bus shelter and create warmth.

Duracell filmed the experiment and it has now been used as a advertisement for the company’s new Quantum battery product. Also, according to the company, each time the video is shared from their Facebook page, Duracell will donate $1 to Habitat for Humanity Canada.
