(Esquire) Beginning Monday, July 7, American viewers can watch LIVE as participants from around the globe fill the streets of Pamplona, Spain to participate in one of the world’s most iconic cultural traditions.
Running Of The Bulls 2014, Esquire Network’s first-ever live original television event, will feature eight straight nights’ coverage from the run and interviews with notable runners including: Joe Distler, the infamous “Iron Man of Pamplona,” who has done the Run every year between 1967-2012; and John Hemingway, the grandson of Ernest Hemingway, the author who famously wrote about the Running of the Bulls in his novels, and also about bullfighting (among many other topics) in the pages of Esquire magazine.
With 25 cameras placed along the route, which runs along the streets of old town Pamplona from the Santo Domingo corrals to the Plaza de Toros, Running Of The Bulls 2014 will grant viewers a vantage point unlike anything before.
