(PCM) Let’s face it, no one on set can leak a photo without costing them a job. The prequel film to Justice League, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is possibly the most secretive set being shot at the present time. But local TV in Detroit Michigan did get get great aerial footage from their news chopper. TV news station WXYZ in Detroit grabbed video from which these images were taken.
The shots appear to show mock fallen building debris covering references of Metropolis and Batman’s Wayne Enterprises.
Dawn of Justice is currently (August 2014) being shot in Detroit and will later move to Chicago Illinois. Previous on location shooting has taken place in Los Angeles California and will include some remote shooting in the South Pacific.
The first photo displays a crushed and torn police car with Metropolis Police on the side.
The second photo includes a placard from Wayne Financial. Which related to the first photo is to the right or rear of the police car in the first photo but angled from view.
Additional photos are of the set with construction workers and set designers. In one shot you can see a hoist supporting a wall that appears to be used for a controlled fall as if someone or something would be caught beneath it.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently set for release May 6th 2016. Directed by Zach Snyder (Man of Steel) and starring Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, Ben Affleck as Batman, and Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman with Amy Adams returning as Lois Lane.
