Artists take to social media to respond to the tragedy of a mass shooting that occurred at Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas on the strip as Jason Aldean was performing. The gunman was found and killed in the hotel room in which he was open firing from at the nearby Mandalay Bay Hotel. Jason aldean took to Instagram immediately following the tragedy after getting everyone to safer grounds, saying “Tonight has been beyond horrific. I still dont know what to say but wanted to let everyone know that Me and my Crew are safe. My Thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved tonight. It hurts my heart that this would happen to anyone who was just coming out to enjoy what should have been a fun night. #heartbroken #stopthehate.” Many of other celebrities/artists have also responded to this horrific event on social media, see what they had to say below.
