Kevin Can F Himself Is That Show You Always Wanted To See

Season One of Kevin Can F Himself is underway on AMC, and it is a precious gem of a show. The show is unlike anything I’ve ever seen on television, and I love it. The show stars Annie Murphy as Allison (Schitt’s Creek)  and Eric Peterson as Allison’s very annoying husband, Kevin. The show follows Allison McRoberts, a sitcom wife who escapes the prerecorded laughs and multi-camera setup famous in many American sitcoms and starts leading her own life. Every time she is away from her husband, the viewers look at what Allison feels more realistically by using a single camera setup. For everybody who has ever watched a sitcom show and thought that the characters were annoying and fake, this show is for you. Just the concept alone was enough to keep me watching. The show was created by Valerie Armstrong, who also serves as an executive producer. Check out new episodes of Kevin Can F Himself on AMC on Sunday nights.

And we can’t wait for the show to hit Netflix this July. Smith has been talking about the show for more than a year. He is has been dropping hints about the feel and vibe of the show, and yesterday we got a first look. Are We Going To Get A Mare Of Easttown Season 2

It has been close to two weeks since HBO’s stunning and emotionally draining season finale for Mare of Easttown. The show was a hit with both critics and fans. With many fans putting asking each other who they thought was the murderer? I was wrong in who I thought done it, as many of my friends turned in week after week. Unfortunately, they were wrong with their guess too. All the mystery paid off, and the writing and acting on the show were superb. Mare of Easttown revolves around a detective who is trying to solve a murder in Pennsylvania. Over a seven-episode run, the show brought Evan Peters, Guy Pierce, Jean Smart, and Julianne Nicholson together. The cast did a phenomenal with the characters they were portraying.  In many interviews, Kate Winslet has said that she loved playing the part and would be down to play the detective once more. The show was created by Brad Ingelsby and premiered in early April. Craig Zobel directed all seven episodes. As of now, HBO or Ingelsby has not said if a …

The Post Mortem Podcast And Kevin Smith Finally Meet Up

Mick Garris’s  podcast Post Mortem  recently landed on the Dread Central Network and has had everyone from Clive Barker to Frank Darabont on it. But Garris has been interviewing people in the filmmaking business for year’s. And if you get a chance please check out his past interviews with legends like Wes Craven ,David Cronenberg, and many more. Kevin Smith is the latest to sit down with Garris to discuss everything from his early days as an indie filmmaker to his near death heart attack. A heart attack that Garris admitted during the interview that he could relate too. This was my first time hearing anything like this had even happened to Garris, and I’m glad both men are still here telling tales for the world to see. I could listen to Garris and Smith talk for hours. I greatly admire both storytellers, because they are like the great Oz of movie making pulling back the curtain of filmmaking and showing how its all done. And almost every time I listen too them they are not afraid to tell the …

Soleil Moon Frye Delivers Nostalgia And Sadness With Kid 90

Soleil Moon Frye has been a staple on our television screens for the last thirty years plus years.  The young actress would steal American hearts as Punky Brewster, which aired on NBC from 1984 to 1986. The show would spawn a cartoon called It’s Punky Brewster and aired right around the same time as Punky Brewster stardom. You might ask yourself or your friends, whatever happened to that girl that played Punky Brewster? Well, Punky Brewster herself has all those answers and much more in the film Kid 90, which she also directed. My wife and I sat down a week ago and watched Kid A. I was instantly hooked in on the film because I recognized an Eddie Vedder song during the opening. Not only does Soleil have great taste in music, but she was also a little J. Edgar Hoover because she filmed and documented her life for years and years. Kid 90 takes an insider look into Soleil’s life as she grows up in Hollywood surrounded by many famous faces. The ups and downs of teenage life …

Mick Garris And Clive Barker Are Teaming Up To Tear Your Nightmares Apart

Both Mick Garris and Clive Barker have been staples in celluloid for decades. Both have experience in the written page and behind the camera. They are maverick storytellers. And it is in horror they choose to tell the majority of their tales. And as a fan of both men, I was thrilled to hear the news that they could be working together on something. Garris, along with film writer and producer Joe Russo, host a podcast called Post Mortem. On their latest episode of Ask Mick Anything, Garris revealed that he was working with Clive Barker to create a new anthology series. The two have put a treatment together and a philosophical point of view on how to do it. The unnamed anthology series will be made in the UK, according to Garris. Anthology series are very popular right now, so hopefully, the duo can sell the idea to the big wigs. Mick is no stranger to the anthology series as he hit it out of the park years ago with his series Masters of Horror, which aired on Showtime. …

Kevin Smith Cried Many Times in 2020 But The New Year Should Bring His Fan’s Many Smiles

Kevin Smith has been making films for over twenty five years and is still going strong. Smith is well versed in front and behind the camera. Smith along with his best pal Jason Mewes have been portraying Jay and Silent Bob since 1994 when Smith made his directorial debut with Clerks. Smith was able to tap the vein of American pop culture with his characters and the rest is history. Last year many people who lived busy lives were forced to stay home due to Covid. Hollywood pretty much had to shut down. Many popular productions had to be halted, and we wait as a public to see what the future holds. Kevin Smith was home a lot just like the rest of us and had a lot of time to watch shows and movies. If you follow Smith on any of his social media platforms you know he is a big softie for a good story. Pretty much anything Star Wars or Marvel related that he watches will make him cry. Even though Smith may cry a lot, but …

Jeffrey Dean Morgan And Real Life Wife Will Tell The Origin Tale All The Walking Dead Fans Want To See

I remember a few years back I had the honor of covering the Walking Dead press room at San Diego Comic Con. I got to ask a question that I was surprised no one else had asked in the press room. The person I got to ask my question too was none other than Jeffrey Dean Morgan who portrays baddie Negan on the series. “When will we see a Negan origin story?” Was the question I got to ask. I was kind of scared to ask the question, but I remember Morgan’s eyes lighting up and all he said was “Hopefully one day.” Fast forward a few years and we are finally getting an origin story. Angela Kang the showrunner for The Walking Dead has recently revealed that a Negan origin story will take place in early 2021. The episodes will air during the extended season 10 season entitled “Here’s Negan,” and will explore Negan’s pre zombie life and dealing with his terminally ill wife Lucille. Lucille will be portrayed by Dean’s real life wife, Hilarie Burton Morgan. This will …
