truTV, a division of WarnerMedia Entertainment, is bringing one of television’s top-rated and longest running series Impractical Jokers to Comic-Con® International for its first-ever panel. On Thursday, July 18 at 7:30pm PT the “Impractical Jokers: From Hidden Camera to Worldwide Success” panel will be held at The Horton Grand Theatre (444 4th Avenue, San Diego).
Fans can join Brian “Q” Quinn, Sal Vulcano, James “Murr” Murray and Joe Gatto, collectively known as the comedy troupe The Tenderloins, as they share first-hand how four guys from Staten Island built a massive, global franchise from the ground up. During the hourlong panel moderated by Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants), the guys will reveal insights from their television series, worldwide tours, the Impractical Jokers cruise, and more. In addition to never-before-seen footage from the Impractical Jokers television series, fans will also be treated to a first look at the guys’ upcoming TBS comedy, The Misery Index, a new game show hosted by Jameela Jamil and inspired by the card game Sh*t Happens.
Following the panel, on Saturday, July 20, truTV will again take over the Park at Petco Park with a daylong event for Impractical Jokersfans, which this year will be dubbed Impractical Jokers: Jokers Island.
