As live music has come roaring back, A Day To Remember and Asking Alexandria are ripping it up on the Re-Entry Tour. The trek just kicked off on Tuesday in Rochester, NY and last night, the bands took the stage at The Met in Philadelphia with special guests Point North for a sold-out show.
Point North kicked things off with a solid set. They’re sophomore LP Brand New Vision came out a little over a year ago. Now, the band have a brand new single “Erase You” which dropped back in July.

Asking Alexandria took the stage without guitarist and founder Ben Bruce. The axman was absent because his wife was about to give birth to their new baby. The crowd was elated with frontman Danny Worsnop told them the news.

They started with “Alone Again,” the lead single from their forthcoming LP See What’s On The Inside which arrives in just two days. It was the only offering from the new album. Other highlights from the set included “Antisocialist,” “Into The Fire,” “Moving On,” “The Death of Me,” and their ultra-heavy “The Violence.” They wrapped up their set with “Alone In a Room.”

After sitting at home with the rest of the entertainment industry for over a year, A Day To Remember appropriately kicked things off with their seminal hit “Right Back At It Again.” The opening lyric rings so true – “We’re comin’ out swinging.” It’s a sentiment we all share as we continue to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

After whipping the capacity crowd into a frenzy with their opening number, ADTR launched right into “2nd Sucks” and then “Degenerates” from their new studio album You’re Welcome. It was clear their were right back at it, wasting no time delivering the goods.

The Re-Enty Tour rolls on through November 6 with the final performance coming at the St. Augustine Amphitheater in Florida.
