Adrenal fatigue is not an accepted medical diagnosis.
It is a lay term applied to a collection of nonspecific symptoms, such as body aches, fatigue, nervousness, sleep disturbances, and digestive problems.
Your adrenal glands produce various hormones essential to life and how good a life you will be able to have.
The adrenals are part of the endocrine system, and they are :
- pineal body.
- the ovaries.
- the testes.
All of these glands are highly motivated or demotivated by stress; stress is, however, needed in life as they create EMOTIONAL RESPONSES. When in proper working order, all of these glands mentioned will respond much faster than you can blink your eyes. They are set on automatic They respond to your ENVIRONMENT the very same moment you sensed it. Negative stress (negative environment), real or imagined, will play havoc with your emotions.
Positive stress (eustress) will make you feel and act healthy. Therefore the thing to know and learn about is EMOTIONS Emotions are good for us.
What is not good for human beings is when their emotions are chronically in negative.
Boredom, Fear, Anger, Grief, Apathy. Useless
There are others, but the few mentioned will do for this post. A life without stress is not worth living, while too much negative stress will make life on earth hell.
Chronic Negative Emotions Are Toxic.
It will lead to a slow, painful death or a very fast one because it plays havoc with glands that produce your happy/sad hormones.
We have healthy stress like…
- learning new skills
Then we have unhealthy stress like…
- not sleeping
- bad company
- work drama
- family drama
People deal with stress in many ways, but we all do what we see others do and what they (or advertisers/media) say makes a person happy.
Some like shopping, some like holidays, some go diving, some go dancing, some like getting a massage, some go fishing, some play or watch sports, some go for Sunday drives, some take up chess, some talk to a friend, some eat, some gamble, some take drugs, or drink excessive alcohol. This endless list of stress therapies has in common that they are all DISTRACTIONS, and these distractions one has to pay for with time or both.
Paying with time and money is stressful.

WHAT ARE YOU SEEKING DISTRACTION FROM?
You are trying to find distractions from your PAST ACCUMULATED NEGATIVE IMPRESSIONS. Therefore your current emotional state is mostly due to those experienced and recorded throughout your entire life. They are not just gone just because you have forgotten and can not consciously recall any of them. If you can recall negative experiences, they have little to do with your depression. It’s the hidden ones you should worry about. The SUBCONSCIOUS is where your emotions are stored. Suppression from negative stress impacts YOUR emotions, which impact your ENDOCRINE SYSTEM, and when your glands struggle, your life will also.
