New Trailer Released For ‘Birds Of Prey’

We are inching ever closer to the upcoming release of the highly anticipated Warner Bros. film “Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) which will hit theaters on February 7, 2020. Now the final trailer for “Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn)” has arrived giving us even more of a glimpse into what will be in store for the film’s plotline. It helps introduce us to even more of the ever-growing DC-Universe and certainly has us intrigued. In the trailer, we get a better look at the villainous Black Mask aka Roman Sionis, and many believe he is after Harley Quinn due to the fact that she is seen in the trailer opening driving a truck directly into Ace Chemicals which ends up blowing up. It should be noted that the gate guarding the Ace plant reads Janus Corp which is owned by Sionis … hmm…definitely leads to some questions. The official synopsis for the film can be found below: You ever hear the one about the cop, the songbird, the …

Nightmare Cinema Delivers The Horror Fan’s Deserve To See

This past Christmas I treated myself and got a subscription to Shudder the thriller and horror streaming service. Shudder has a lot of treats to offer horror fans including the hit series Creepshow and Joe Bob Briggs Last Drive-In just to name a few. The movies Shudder has to offer range from the supernatural to the slashers. One of the selling points in getting Shudder was the movie that I’m about to review called Nightmare Cinema. I’m a huge Mick Garris fan, and when I  heard about this film while listening to his podcast Post Mortem, I couldn’t wait to check it out. Nightmare Cinema was the first film I watched on Shudder. The film is an anthology series that follows five strangers into an abandoned theater where they watch their deepest fears playout on the big screen. It was a treat to see Mickey Rourke playing the Projectionist who owns the twilight zone like theater and his different conversations with his victims Each story in the movie is directed by a well-known director in the realm of horror. These …

New Trailer Revealed For ‘Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn)’

From what we learned in the new trailer for “Birds Of Prey” it is fairly obvious that Harley Quinn and The Joker are no more and she appears to have joined forces with quite the array of female friends. Harley Quinn was without a doubt a huge highlight in the 2016 film “Suicide Squad” fantastically played by actress Margot Robbie. The trailer shows that Harley is up to a variety of different shenanigans and it appears that screenwriter Christina Hodson has done a fantastic job of creating a Harley-centric storyline based on the original comic book series “Birds Of Prey” which only occasionally brought in Harley Quinn as a character. In the film, Harley Quinn appears as quite the loose cannon and she teams up with Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), and Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) a former police detective to protect a young girl named Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco) from sadistic crime lord Black Mask (Ewan McGregor). Harley Quinn will be popping up on the big screen quite a bit in the near future, as …
