(PCM) After the resurfacing of sexual assault allegations and widespread media attention, Netflix has delayed the release of its Bill Cosby Comedy Special, Bill Cosby 77.
According to Variety, Netflix announced their decision several hours after former supermodel and TV Host Janice Dickinson accused the comedian of rape in 1982 in an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight.
In the interview, Dickinson alleges that Cosby called her and requested she come to Lake Tahoe, where he was getting ready to perform, so they could work on previously discussed business plans as well as new job opportunities. Dickinson then claims that the actor gave her red wine and a pill, and sexually assaulted her.
After revealing that she never confronted the comedian, Dickinson explained why after 30 years she has decided to speak out, saying that it happened to her and was the right thing to do.
