Spend Some Time With Unlikely Candidates And Learn About DJ iPod!

(PCM) One of the most buzzed about bands at Firefly Music Festival 2014 was Unlikely Candidates. Hailing from Fort Worth, Texas the band has been on a steady rise and have generated a ton of positive feedback especially from their track “Follow My Feet”.

I spent some time asking Firefly attendees who some of their top acts and performances were throughout the weekend and nearly all of the mentioned catching the set from Unlikely Candidates and just how much they enjoyed it.

I was able to catch up with the band backstage at Firefly Festival to discuss the band’s performance, upcoming festival appearances, the craziness that is DJ iPod in the campgrounds and more!

Firefly 2014 Without A Doubt A Massive Success!

(PCM) Bonnaroo had better watch out because without a doubt Firefly Music Festival is certainly giving them a run for their money. From Thursday, 6/19 through Sunday, 6/22 over 80,000 music fans gathered together in The Woodlands in Dover, Delaware to celebrate the spirit of music and camaraderie to create one of the most epic parties the East Coast has even seen.There were truly so many highlights from the weekend that I almost don’t even know where to begin!

Headliners for this year’s festival included Foo Fighters, Outkast, and Jack Johnson along with some stellar performances from artists such as Beck, Arctic Monkeys, The Lumineers, Imagine Dragons, Weezer, Childish Gambino and many, many more!

Louder Than Life Festival Reveals An Epic 2014 Line-up!

(PCM) The epic band line-up for the debut Louder Than Life Festival has been revealed and it is nothing short of amazing! The festival will feature music, whiskey and “gourmet man food’ (not sure what exactly constitutes “man food”…but my curiosity is peaked)

The festival will take place in Louisville Champions Park on Saturday, October 4th through Sunday, October 5th in Louisville, Kentucky. The powerful lineup includes Kid Rock, Judas Priest, Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, Limp Bizkit, Stone Temple Pilots with Chester Bennington, Volbeat, Papa Roach and many more.

In addition to presenting top rock bands on three stages, the weekend destination festival will feature the finest local Louisville food and drink experience: bourbon exhibitions, gourmet man food, local craft beers and more.

Line-up Revealed For Made In America 2014 In Philadelphia

(PCM) The line-up for the 2014 Made In America Festival in Philadelphia, PA has been revealed. The event, which will be two days and ran simultaneously with a second festival in Los Angeles, CA will be held on August 30th and 31st on the Ben Franklin Parkway.

The Philadelphia headliners include Kanye West, Kings Of Leon, Tiesto and The National. Other acts on the bill include Pharrell Willams, Steve Aoki, J. Cole, Girl Talk, Spoon, Chromeo, City and Colour, Grimes and AWOLNATION.

The line-up for the Los Angeles festival has not yet been announced but be sure to check back soon with additional updates.

(PCM) Despite the less than favorable weather conditions in the Columbus, OH area, it did nothing to diminish the rock n’ roll spirit that was alive and well at this year’s Rock On The Range held as Columbus Crew Stadium.

Legions of rock and metal fans gathered together to see the top artists in the genre perform at the one place where rock truly lives and that place is without a doubt, Rock on The Range.

Carolina Rebellion Redeems Itself In 2014

(PCM) For the first few years it seemed like Monster Energy’s Carolina Rebellion was plagued with problems, especially with last year’s Sunday rain-out/cancellation which created quite an uproar among attendees, however this year Mother Nature was in full cooperation and Carolina Rebellion finally got to shine! The weather was the perfect, the bands were amazing, and the rock n’ roll spirit was alive and well!

In our three years of covering the festival held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC , we have never seen so many people in attendance. We are told that attendance this year for the weekend was over 60,000 and festival organizers did a tremendous job of making sure that everything went off without a hitch.

Rock On The Range 2014 Set Times Have Been Revealed!

Set times have been confirmed for Rock On The Range, America’s premier rock festival May 16, 17 and 18 at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH. This year marks the festival’s expansion to include three full days of music. Doors open daily at 11:00 AM with music kicking off at Noon.

The day-by-day line-ups include closing sets from Guns N’ Roses (9:30 PM) and Staind (8:00 PM) on Friday, Avenged Sevenfold (9:30 PM) and Slayer (8:15 PM) on Saturday and Kid Rock (9:15 PM) and Five Finger Death Punch (7:45 PM) on Sunday.
