It is with great sadness that we report that teen actor Logan Williams best known for his portrayal of a young Barry Allen, on The CW’s “The Flash” has passed away at the age of 16. The death of Williams was confirmed by the actors’ mother Marlyse Williams to the news in British Colombia in Canada and says that the family is “absolutely devastated” by his sudden passing. The young actors’ mother also stated that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is making it incredibly difficult for the family to mourn as there are still worldwide restrictions on social distancing and public gatherings. “I am not able to hug my parents who lost their only grandchild,” Williams said. “It’s hard.” At this time Logan Williams’s immediate cause of death has yet to be revealed.
