The First Teaser Trailer For Marvel’s Ant-Man Is Here!

Ant-Man(PCM) After two previews and much anticipation, the first teaser trailer for Marvel’s Ant-Man is finally here!

After premiering during Tuesday night’s pilot episode of “Marvel’s Agent Carter” on ABC, the two minute long teaser trailer was uploaded to Marvel’s official Youtube account, Marvel Entertainment.

First major impression from the teaser trailer; Paul Rudd looks incredible as Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man.

As someone who has never read the comics, I can’t really say I learned much from the trailer, but I would probably blow money at the movies to see Ant-Man based on this trailer alone so I’d say the teaser trailer hit its mark.

Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd as the titular hero and tells the story of master thief Scott Lang, a founding member of The Avengers, after he gains the incredible ability to shrink to a miniscule size while increasing his strength.

Ant-Man also stars Judy Greer as … Read more

New Avengers: Age of Ultron Clip!

AVENGERSageofultron(PCM) It’s only Wednesday and it’s already been a big week for Marvel; hot on the heels of Marvel’s exciting announcement for five new films, Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Infinity Wars Parts I and II, and Inhumans, the studio gave fans a new clip from Avengers: Age of Ultron after Tuesday night’s episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC.

The new clip starts out lighthearted with the Avengers all having an unsuccessful go at picking up Thor’s mighty hammer. Thor jokes that they are all unworthy right before a battered Ultron crashes the party and drastically changes the mood.

Originally, the newest Avengers: Age of Ultron official trailer was scheduled to air after Tuesday’s Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but Marvel quickly replaced the official trailer with this new clip after they were forced to prematurely release the official trailer when a poor quality version was leaked Read more

Is Marvel Making Ms. Marvel and Black Panther to be Politically Correct?

black-panther-marvel-movie(PCM)  It’s hard not to notice that two of Marvel’s next films are characters that fill in space that social media’s argued for the past few years – a woman and a minority.

While both characters Ms. Marvel and Black Panther are not being changed to suit any social needs on film, the are what they are. Ms. Marvel is female and Black Panther is black.

These characters have never been hot titles for Marvel, however one could argue that Punisher was never one either.

Yet Guardians of the Galaxy has proved any title by Marvel can be a huge winner. If ever a time was ripe to meet the needs of social media flag bearers, this is that time.

Black Panther will premiere November 3, 2017. Chad Boseman has won the leading role. “I’m blessed to be a part of this Marvel Universe, and to work with you both, and I look forward … Read more
