Nightmare Cinema Delivers The Horror Fan’s Deserve To See

This past Christmas I treated myself and got a subscription to Shudder the thriller and horror streaming service. Shudder has a lot of treats to offer horror fans including the hit series Creepshow and Joe Bob Briggs Last Drive-In just to name a few. The movies Shudder has to offer range from the supernatural to the slashers. One of the selling points in getting Shudder was the movie that I’m about to review called Nightmare Cinema. I’m a huge Mick Garris fan, and when I  heard about this film while listening to his podcast Post Mortem, I couldn’t wait to check it out. Nightmare Cinema was the first film I watched on Shudder. The film is an anthology series that follows five strangers into an abandoned theater where they watch their deepest fears playout on the big screen. It was a treat to see Mickey Rourke playing the Projectionist who owns the twilight zone like theater and his different conversations with his victims Each story in the movie is directed by a well-known director in the realm of horror. Shudder Renews ‘Creepshow’ For Season Two

Following a record-setting first season, Shudder — AMC Networks’ premium streaming service for horror, thriller and the supernatural — today announced the season two renewal of its horror anthology series, Creepshow. Executive produced by showrunner Greg Nicotero (​The Walking Dead), Creepshow is based on the iconic 1982 movie written by Stephen King and directed by George A. Romero.  Creepshow, Shudder’s first hour-long scripted series, has been a hit with its members and critics alike. Shudder Acquires Exclusive Streaming Rights To Rob Zombie’s ‘3 From Hell’

Shudder, AMC Networks’ premium streaming service for horror, thriller and the supernatural, has acquired exclusive streaming rights in the U.S. and Canada to 3 from Hell, the blood-soaked new chapter in director Rob Zombie’s vicious “Rejects” trilogy, the service announced today. The film is slated to premiere on Shudder in February 2020. 3 from Hell will join other Rob Zombie classics on Shudder including 31 (a Shudder Exclusive), The Devil’s Rejects and House of 1000 Corpses. Shudder Acquires Mysterious Seaside Horror ‘The Beach House’

Shudder, AMC Networks’ premium streaming service for horror, thriller and the supernatural, announced today that it has acquired all rights in its territories to seaside horror The Beach House following its North American premiere as the opening night film at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival. The debut film from writer-director Jeffrey A. Brown, The Beach House stars Liana Liberato, Noah Le Gros, Jake Weber and Maryanne Nagel and had its world premiere earlier this month at the Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival and the Sitges Film Festival. It was produced by Andrew D. Corkin (We Are What We Are, A Vigilante), Tyler Davidson (Take Shelter, The Signal), Sophia Lin (Take Shelter, Compliance). The deal was negotiated by Emily Gotto on behalf of Shudder, and by ICM and James Norrie of AMP International on behalf of the filmmakers. The Beach House is slated to premiere on Shudder next year. Creepshow Is Now Streaming On Shudder

Shudder is excited to announce the premiere episode of Shudder’s highly-anticipated anthology series Creepshow is now available to stream! Based on the iconic 1982 film written by Stephen King and directed by George A. Romero, and executive produced by Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead), the series officially premieres tonight at 9:00 pm ET/6:00 pm PT, both on the Shudder TV live-stream and on-demand. Creepshow Is Coming For You On Shudder

In less than three weeks one of the most highly anticipated shows is coming to Shudder. Creepshow will debut on the horror streaming service on September 26th 2019.  Creepshow will comprise of six episodes with two horror stories per episode. The series will take place after the last two films with the same concept. The original Creepshow movie came out all the way back in 1982 and featured stories by Stephen King and was directed by horror legend George Romero. Greg Nicotero will be the showrunner for the series and will also direct an episode. Tom Savani who originally worked on the original Creepshow will also direct an episode called “By the Silver Water of Lake Champlain/The Companion. Adrienne Barbeau who appeared in the original movie will appear in an upcoming episode. Shudder Releases First Creepshow Trailer at San Diego Comic Con, Announces Series Debut Date

Shudder debuted the first trailer for its new horror anthology series Creepshow ahead of the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con today and announced the series will premiere on September 26..
