Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper will be performing the ‘A Star Is Born‘ movie classic song “Shallow” at this year’s 2019 Oscars. The Academy confirmed the news of the Ally and Jackson Maine reunion at the 2019 Oscars on Twitter on Friday (Feb. 1st) saying, “Cooper. Gaga. “Shallow.” #Oscars.”

“Shallow” is nominated for Best Original Song at the Oscars, the song is up against Black Panther ‘s “All the Stars,” RBG ‘s “I’ll Fight,” Mary Poppins Returns ‘ “The Place Where Lost Things Go,” and The Ballad of Buster Scruggs ‘ “When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings.” All of the nominated songs will be performed at this year’s Oscars after the Academy received backlash following rumors that only “Shallow” and “All The Stars” would be performed at the show.
Fans have already seen the first live performance from Gaga and Cooper at Lady Gaga’s ENIGMA Las Vegas Residency last week, where they gave a special performance of the Oscar-nominated song.
