(PCM) An Ohio man by the name of Jeffrey Williamson could face up to six months in jail after being arrested and charged with child endangerment due to his son skipping church.
Williamson claims that the church van for The Woodville Baptist Church arrived at his home to pick up his children to take them to church. Williamson had assumed that all of his children had boarded the van to head to church, but it seems that his 8-year old son Justin never made it in the van.

The lawsuit was initially filed by the Beastie Boys back in 2012 after they discovered that Monster Energy Drink was illegally using the group’s music in a promotional video. The group were initially suing for $2.5 million for copyright infringement and false endorsement. Lawyers for Monster Energy Drink claim that they are planning to appeal the verdict.

19-year old Jacob Lavoro was charged with a first-degree felony because he chose to use hash oil rather than marijuana. The state law in Texas allows prosecutors to use the entire weight of the brownies, meaning all of their ingredients, to determine the amount of drugs they contain.
