It is with great sadness that we have learned that actor and comedian Bob Saget has passed away at the age of 65. Sources close to Saget revealed that he was found dead in his room at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Orlando, Florida where he was currently on tour. Saget is best known for his role as widowed father Danny Tanner in the long-running family sitcom “Full House”. Saget was also the long-time host of “America’s Funniest Home Videos” and a successful stand-up comedian. Saget’s official cause of death has not been revealed, however, local police and fire department were called to the hotel around 4 pm EST on Sunday after hotel security discovered Saget unresponsive in his room. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Recently, Saget has been extensively touring through the state of Florida and performed what looks to be his final live performance in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday night. The entertainment world was deeply saddened to learn about the passing of beloved James Bond actor Sean Connery at the age of 90. The late actor’s widow, Micheline Roquebrune, spoke with news outlet the Daily Mail and revealed that Connery had been suffering from dementia in the last few months leading up to his passing. “He had dementia and it took its toll on him,” Roquebrune explained. “He got his final wish to slip away without any fuss.” Roquebrune also went on to say, “He was gorgeous and we had a wonderful life together. He was a model of a man. It is going to be very hard without him, I know that. Christopher Dennis, AKA Hollywood Boulevard Superman, will be laid to rest with a funeral service at the Old North Church on Saturday, December 7th at 12pm, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive. A benefactor, who wishes to remain anonymous, came forward with a generous gift to fulfill Dennis’s final wishes, and Chris will be buried in his costume. The service is open to the public. “Chris and I spoke of his final wishes, as many friends do. He had expressed it was his wish to be buried, in his costume. It is with great sadness that we have learned that actor/comedian John Witherspoon has passed away at the age of 77. Witherspoon was best-known for his work in the films “Friday” and “Black Jesus”, however, he has appeared in countless additional film and television projects throughout the course of his career. While Witherspoon’s official cause of death has not yet been revealed, it has been reported that the actor died suddenly (and unexpectedly) in his home. In a statement to Deadline.com, Witherspoon’s family says, “It is with deepest sorrow that we can confirm our beloved husband and father, John Witherspoon, one of the hardest working men in show business, died today at his home in Sherman Oaks at the age of 77. He is survived by his wife Angela, and his sons JD, Alexander, and a large family.
