Critter’s Attack’s Takes A Bite Out Of SDCC

The little furry creatures that made a bloody splash in the 80s have crash-landed again and they’re hungry. The cast and crew of Critters Attacks made a special appearance at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con and they had a lot to say. Here are a few highlights. STEVE BLUM who voiced the Critter’s had this to say about working on the film. He did all the voices for the Critter’s in about 8 hours in a studio in Burbank, California. Each Critter has its own personality. He really put over the puppeteers and the people behind the scenes. KEITH ARBUTHNOT was one of the puppeteers and was super cool to talk to about the film. Keith’s favorite scene in the movie revolves around want to be YouTube personality who meets an untimely end in horrific Critters fashion. They had 20 some Critter puppets on-site during filming. Both Steve and Keith loved the original film. Legendary actress DEE WALLACE who appeared in the original 1986 film as Helen Brown, returns to the franchise, but as a different character. Preacher Returns Tonight For Its Final Season ! Here Are 5 Things We Learned From SDCC

PreacherThe hit show Preacher will return tonight with its fourth and final season. The show debut on May 22, 2016. The show is based off a comic book by the same name by creators Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon. Preacher was developed for television by Evan Goldberg, Sam Catlin, and Seth Rogen. Jesse Custer ( Dominic Cooper) is a hard-drinking chain-smoking preacher who, endures a crisis of  faith. Jesse  becomes infused with an extraordinary power. He embarks on a quest to better understand his new gift and literally finds God, alongside his trigger-happy ex-girlfriend, Tulip (Ruth Negga), and a new vampire friend, Cassidy( played by Joseph Gilgun) Seth Rogen and the people involved behind the scenes knew Preacher would have a four- season run well in advance. The network made sure they all knewthis would be the final season. Seth Rogen threw out a dig at GOT and how their lackluster season ended. The Terror: Infamy Premieres This Sunday! Here Are 5 Things We Found Out At SDCC

The Terror: InfamyThis Sunday season 2 of The Terror premieres on AMC. The upcoming season will take place on the Westcoast during World War 2 centers on something uncanny that menaces a Japanese American community from its home in Southern California to the internment camps to the war in the Pacific. The show will star George Takei, Kiki Sukezane, Naoko Mori, Miki Ishikawa, and C. Thomas Howell. The second season was co-created by Max Borenstein and Alexander Whoo, who also serves as the showrunner. Ridley Scott is one of the executive producers. The show will have a ten-episode run. George Takei’s real-life childhood was one of the inspirations for the second season. Takei will be playing Nobuhiro Yamato in the upcoming season.  “It’s an important story that has chilling resonance, but so many Americans are aghast when they hear about my childhood imprisonment,” he told reporters of shining a light on the atrocity, adding that Americans need to own their past without distancing themselves from the 75-year gap from the present.” Season 2 will be completely different than season 1 according to …

NOS4A2 Will Return For A Second Season

  NOS4A2 has come and gone. The hit series based on the best-selling book by Joe Hill made a hell of a splash when it premiered on AMC back in early June. The series ran for ten episodes. The series wrapped up season 1 this past Sunday with a fiery two-hour season finale. Joe Hill’s story creates a new take on the vampire tale. The world is introduced to Vic McQueen played by Ashleigh Cummings, and the evil Charlie Manx played sinisterly by  Zachary Quinto. Vis has a gift; she can find things. On her bike, she pictures the item and then crosses the Shorter Way Bridge, and she is then brought to wherever the item was left. As she begins to discover this power, she runs into an evil man named Charlie Manx who also has an evil power. Manx feeds off the energy of children as he locks them in his evil black 1938 Rolls-Royce Wraith. After Manx drains the children’s energy, he drives them to Chistmasland which is a twisted place in Manx’s mind where Christmas is …

IMDboat Party Rocks SDCC Once More

IMDb the #1 movie website in the world once again docked outside of San Diego Comic-Con. On Friday night the yacht hosted its annual shindig that was presented by FireTv and Soylent. And of course, celebrities and guests showed up to rock the boat. Celebrities that showed up to rock the boat included Kelsey Grammer, Thomas Ian Nicholas, David Gyais, Mehcad Brooks, and Ethan Peck. And the cast of The Terror, Expanse, and You’re Not a Monster.  Guests of the party wined and dined on tacos, mini sliders, french fries, and lots of different desserts. Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes posed for pictures with guests and talked about there upcoming movie Jay and Silent Bob Reboot. Legion M SDCC Recap

Legion M the first fan-owned entertainment company returned to San Diego Comic-Con with an array of events that spanned the entire run of the convention. Legion M was founded by Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison in March 2016. The company allows fans to invest in the creation of entertainment content including movies. television shows, comic books, and much more. Legion M took over the Theater Box located in the Gaslight Quater.  Atop the Theater Box sat a patio fan lounge hosted by the Pop Insider.  Fan’s stopped by Thursday through Sunday for a cash bar, recharging station’s, relaxation, giveaways and special activities like dance parties and karaoke.
